Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Unlike other similar services, Design Rack does offer a full refund in the unlikely event that we are not vibing in the first 24-48 hours, but only on the strict basis that design and development work has not commenced.

What happens if I don't like it?
On the rare occasion that we didn't interpret your brief correctly we will keep iterating until you are satisfied. This is rare though, we usually exceed expectations.
